Enter your shipment or reference number in Track Shipment. You will be taken to public tracking to view the shipment status and journey without logging in.
Where can I find my shipment number?
Your shipment number appears on the shipping receipt. For a reference number, use the reference recorded for your shipment.
Do I need an account to track a shipment?
No. Shipment tracking is available without an account. The Customer Portal is for customers who have been granted access by GCX.
How can I confirm services and destinations?
